The
amino acid Glutamine may be helpful for maintaining a healthy
digestive system. It also aids muscle recovery after exercise and is
important for healthy immunity. The slightly sweet powder can be
stirred into water or juice or sprinkled on food. Scroll

Suggested intake: Powder: take between 1⁄4 teaspoon
(900mg) and 1 1⁄4 level teaspoons (4.5g) stirred into cold water or
juice and drink immediately or sprinkled onto cold food.
Capsules: Take 2-10 capsules.

1000mg Glutamine.
