The following nutrition guidelines should be considered:

Eat
little and often to keep blood sugar stable.

Drink
at least 1½ litres of spring or filtered water per day.

Slowly
reduce coffee, until you have completely eliminated it – sudden coffee
withdrawal can cause headaches for up to 4 days.

Reduce
or eliminate tea, and avoid cola and chocolate.

Eat
a high-fibre diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables.

salt.
